有消息人士透露，Google将会在2015年二月推出Android 5.1，这更新速度有够快的。Android 5.1除了版本号大幅提升之外，新增大量功能。在Android 5.1将会新增静音功能，提升电池续航、系统稳定性、RAM管理以及Wi-Fi连接等细节，其外还有声音、通知、界面设计等细节均有涉及。
